Terms and Conditions for Course Registration and Payment

Registration is considered confirmed when payment has been received.

​

A refund will be given if cancellation is received at least 7 days before the start of the course. After that, the course fee cannot be refunded due to a child's absence.

Courses are held subject to sufficient participation.

If a course is canceled by the supervisor, the course fee will be refunded in full.

Terms and Conditions for Commissions

​

Commissions are confirmed with advance payment. Advance payment is non-refundable as work on the piece begins upon confirmation of the order.

​

Includes minor changes to the work, such as more or less of a certain color. Further changes may result in additional costs.

​

Delivery time is usually 6-8 weeks from order confirmation.

Works are delivered to an agreed location or sent for a shipping fee.

Special orders cannot be returned or refunded, unless there is a defect or damage.

Commissions are made in my style and the result may therefore differ from your ideas.
